Nic Brown Bleak have been honing their vicious brand of blackened hardcore for some time now and while last year's debut set "We Deserve Our Failures" certainly delivered on the punishment front, follow up "No Light, No Tunnel" has stepped up the aural violence to whole new vertiginous heights. This is music so ferocious, it's difficult to fathom how each song reaches its conclusion without having disintegrated completely partway through. For fans of REAL aural carnage. Favorite track: Roses.

Eric Littlefield Love this band and love this album. It's aggression from start to finish. There live show is brutal and in your face. Wish they could tour the west coast more. Favorite track: Teeth.

Sekator Everything this band puts out is gold...a very foul ugly form of gold, but gold nevertheless.

Just the darkest, unpleasant extreme hardcore possible. Definitely some classic Turmoil references (which is a good thing).

The production is not quite as crushing as on the previous 2 albums, but all the intensity is still there.
